These guys are informative and helpful. These guys take good care of all transactions from start to finish. I add a problem with UPS and was vacation and they took the bull by the horns and made sure my axles were waiting for me when I arrived back in town and even took a interest in rectifying the extra shipping charges. The service provided was over and above what would have been expected. They followed up 3 times calling me to verify the details of the order.
Service like this is what's missing in today's automated touch tone never talk to a person world. If this is the way this company handles all it's relationships I'm buying their stock .

Marc L. was a great help. Working for the DoD and living overseas, we have a hard time finding the right parts for our lawnmowers. I was also having trouble getting my address into your shipping--sometimes AE is not recognized as a state. Marc was super helpful. He created my account, looked up all the parts I needed, created the order, and it got here speedy quick. I cannot say enough for Marc and for the OEM Parts Store.
