I couldn't find everything I was looking for on your website so I sent an E-mail to your site and got a response very quickly. Marc responded and told me that all of the parts were available. And after a couple of more E-mails Marc had the parts downloaded to your web site and I ordered everything I needed. I feel that Mr. Ledder went out of His way to satisfy a customer. I received great customer service on my recent order from The OEM Parts Store.
First of all, Mark from OEM called me on Memorial Day Holiday to inform me the belt I had ordered was not in available and offered my a substitute at the same price. Yes, he called me ON Memorial Day!
Next my parts were delivered less than 48 hours days later. I have used other online parts stores and due to manufacturing and shipping delays I have been frustrated by delay after delay in receiving my parts. NOT this time.
I will do business with OEM again for sure.
