I had some trouble getting a part for my Karcher pressure washer, from other places. Marc at OEM called me to make sure that I would get the correct part, as I have ordered it from other places only to be the wrong one. Marc went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part, then he also made sure that I was happy when I did receive the part. He provided service that is very hard to find anymore - he cared that I was happy with my experience with OEM. Needless to say, I will always come back to OEM and it is all because of Marc.

Can't say enough about Marc's customer service. In short, it was outstanding. An axle I ordered was manufactured by Dexter to the wrong specs (Despite Marc sending them the correct specs). Once call to Marc took care of everything no questions asked. Marc dealt with Dexter and kept me informed the entire time. Received the new axle from Dexter within a week. Anybody can run a business, but its all about the customer service when something doesn't go perfect that makes the difference. In Marc's case, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed to the customer's satisfaction. Needless to say Marc is going to be my first stop when I'm in need of parts...

For many years I've purchased my replacement filters and belts from the OEM parts shop and I've never been disappointed.I've got quite a few machines and in spite of the cost of shipping (I live in France) it is still cheaper than getting them here in Europe.

I had ordered a replacement battery for a Honeywell portable generator. It turns out that the manufacture had discontinued the part so I was contacted by OEM. Marc with OEM first emailed me a few times and then after sending him some pictures of the battery I needed, he went out of his way to track down a suitable replacement. The battery he found was a perfect match and actually cheaper than the one I had ordered online. So Marc refunded me the difference and shipped the replacement battery right away. Fantastic service that went far beyond the normal online order process. I will definitely use OEM in the future for any replacement parts and want to thank Marc and the OEM team for all their help!
