so, I decided to order 2. when the box arrived only a day later, I was very pleased. however, there was only one item in the box, and it was a different brand. (My mower is an older one and I know some company's get bought by others, so that wasn't the issue.) After contacting OEM Parts Store, I was assured the other item was shipped from a different warehouse. (Closer to my home actually.) and I received the other item the very next day. Trust me when I say these folks know what they are doing, and they do it right. Thanx again for your very courteous and prompt service and delivery. and I recommend you to others.

Received a call that my order did not go through. Seems the hyphen in my Canadain postal code was the problem. Graciously offered to send a Pay Pal invoice which they did very quickly. Thanks again for the great service. Jim
