Needed a petcock for a Chinese go-kart with some odd-ball threads (to me). OEM parts store took the time and courtesy to ship a petcock. Not knowing if the threads would fit. This business took the time to try and take care of me without either of of knowing about these oddball threads. Fortunately, THEY WERE PERFECT!!!!
