AFTER DEALING WITH 4 DIFFERENT COMPANIES ABOUT A CONVERSION KIT FOR MY FIFTH WHEEL. MARK LEDDER WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO FOLLOWED THROUGH AND GOT ME ALL THE INFO AND PRICING AND THEN WORKED WITH ME TO GET ALL THE PARTS SHIPPED AND RECEIVED. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND I SURE APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP HE GAVE ME.COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HIS HELP. NEVER ANY PRESSURE TO BUY. Just recently discovered The OEM Parts Store. I placed two orders in less than a month. Even though they were experiencing storms, power outages, and system problems, they sent me just what I needed and right on time. Great service.
