Fast shipping, part is just what I needed.

About a month ago, I ordered a new set of tandem axles, bearings, and brakes for my travel trailer. Marc Ledder was the salesman who worked with my trailer technician and me. He did a fabulous job writing out the order and making sure everything was in order for the manufacturing company. He assisted with the shipping process, which was very helpful. He was very transparent with the whole process. As a result, I would order from The OEM Parts Store again. I would recommend the Store to everybody.

I received great customer service on my recent order from The OEM Parts Store.
First of all, Mark from OEM called me on Memorial Day Holiday to inform me the belt I had ordered was not in available and offered my a substitute at the same price. Yes, he called me ON Memorial Day!
Next my parts were delivered less than 48 hours days later. I have used other online parts stores and due to manufacturing and shipping delays I have been frustrated by delay after delay in receiving my parts. NOT this time.
I will do business with OEM again for sure.
