Marc is great.
I ordered three new complete axles. When they arrived the shipping company had destroyed the brakes, and I found that the manufacturer had installed the spring perches on the wrong side of the axles.
Marc got in touch with the manufacturer and got the whole thing resolved in short order with minimal inconvenience to me.
The whole repair took less than two weeks and was done locally.

(Two of three mower belts ordered were so similar both in appearance and part number that I did not notice they were the wrong belts until I tried to install them.)
