The order was very professional and as good as I would expect from a store of your size. I was only miffed that early in the process there is mention of the option to be contacted in regards to an estimated shipping cost yet I did not see this option anywhere throughout the process. Where did I miss it and is it possible for your web designers to make his option more user friendly?

I couldn't find everything I was looking for on your website so I sent an E-mail to your site and got a response very quickly. Marc responded and told me that all of the parts were available. And after a couple of more E-mails Marc had the parts downloaded to your web site and I ordered everything I needed. I feel that Mr. Ledder went out of His way to satisfy a customer. He was very friendly and courteous (you don't find that much in people anymore). I will be glad to tell others of your business.

Quick prompt service. Left a voicemail for them to call me back they got right on it and called me back asap. Also told me they would be getting another part in i need in a few day and said they will email me when it comes in. Couldnt ask for better servce!
