I recently ordered an AL-KO S-19 axle from The OEM Parts Store. Marc Ledder was super-fantastic working with me to identify the correct axle. There was great communication, friendliness and support. I would like to sincerely thank Marc for his support before ordering but especially when I saw that the delivery was incomplete. Time to check and organize and a new shipment was arranged. Fast, efficient and even apologized for the inconvenience.

I just bought an axle from these guys. The factory made it wrong but OEM got right on the problem and had the manufacturer rush a new one to me. These guys are great I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Ordered three complete replacement axles for my trailer. Marc was able to supply the original ten year old "build" sheets from Dexter and worked out the revised specification I wanted for the new axles from Dexter, and coordinated with them on the new axle specs/upgrades. The pricing was great, immediate communications back on my questions and concerns/etc., delivery very fast, perfect transaction all the way around. Highly recommended for any dealings on trailer axles/etc.

Mr. Ledder was very helpful in discussing options and making sure the correct information was gathered and confirmed. The Dexter axle I ordered arrived on schedule without incident and matched my order.

I purchased a Kohler fuel pump for a 20+ year old tractor. Not only was the replacement part perfect the best was the best I could find. Shipping was quick and the part was perfect.
