I checked at least 7 other sites for the part I eventually ordered, from you, and you folks had the lowest prices, plus discounts for bulk orders, and the cheapest shipping. As I am ordering from Alaska, shipping can sometimes cost as much as the merchandise, even though we are part of the US and have access to the USPS. So I really appreciate the fact that you don't try to gouge Alaskans. I will come to you folks first from here on out! :) Thank-you!

Ordered some parts for my Generator. Couldn't get them locally.
He was most helpful. Rush the parts quickly. Even was looking for a small fuel filter and didn't have a part number. He through one in. Got everything I needed .

I found my new "go to" website for ordering miscellaneous parts! I had never heard of The OEM Parts Store before this past weekend, when I was searching for some heavy duty, steel wheel/hub with rubber tread mower wheels to use on a VERY heavy grill. I found the STENS brand wheels in 8" x 1.75" with a 1/2" hub for literally HALF the price that Amazon was selling the EXACT SAME WHEEL for (they appear to be made in USA too). I get "free" shipping with Amazon and had to pay $10 for shipping from The OEM Parts Store, but even after paying for shipping it was $20 cheaper for 2 wheels delivered - DEAL! I just took "normal" delivery and they arrived in 2 days - that's as good as Amazon Prime!!! Granted, it was $10 Shipping (standard shipping), but given the lower price on the exact same wheels, it was worth it. The only risk I could see would be if there was a potential need for return - not sure how they handle returns (since I didn't need to return and was confident in what I was ordering would work).

I'll definitely check The OEM Parts Store for future needs before just ordering from Amazon!

Exceptional service. I called with a question regarding the purchase of a replacement engine for my riding lawn mower. Marc was extremely knowledgeable and informative about my project and
I confidently ordered the engine with his assistance.
There was a time delay because of factory inventory. Marc told me what to expect and kept me in the loop as the engine production was completed.
The engine arrived on time, in good shipping condition, was a direct replacement for the original in all aspects,.and was easy to install.
I will order with confidence from this company in the future for any of my small engine/trailer needs.

How much faster could I get them?

I have been buying blades, belts and other mower parts since 2013 when I stumbled on this website.
I have never had a problem with the Sterns belts and blades. They last as long as the manufactures parts and way more affordable.

You can't go wrong buying parts (in my case mower parts) from The OEM parts store.

Called for axles for a trailer and the sales person Marc was very helpful. My axles had been discontinued and the company bought out and he handled everything I needed in a quick fashion. He gave me regular updates on my order and followed up after I received them. Highly recommend these guys.

This is the first time I placed an order thru this company. I ordered a part for my father's lawn mower.. Question that I submitted was responded to very quickly and the product was received in a timely manner as advised. I did not feel comfortable ordering a used part for the same price ordering thru this company. I would order again and highly recommend.
