I hit a pot hole and bent an axle on my Travel Trailer. Called and searched everywhere and no one stocked this size axle. Found The OEM Parts Store with Google and sent an email asking if they could help. Marc responded within 24 hours to every email I sent and had Dexter build me a new one. He said it would be 4-5 weeks and 4 weeks and 6 days later the axle was at my door right on time and far cheaper than anywhere I called even if they would have had it. It was a perfect fit and

WOW! I have a 1985 vintage Roper lawnmower that needed front wheels. Couldn't find any other website that would cross the old extinct Roper number for front wheels. Not only did this sight cross my number for a current number in on swoop, they sent me the right parts in a timely fashion and charged a fair price!

Needed a petcock for a Chinese go-kart with some odd-ball threads (to me). OEM parts store took the time and courtesy to ship a petcock. Not knowing if the threads would fit. This business took the time to try and take care of me without either of of knowing about these oddball threads. Fortunately, THEY WERE PERFECT!!!! The gratuity they took is a reminder that people still do exist that look at people as people instead of a dollar sign! Anything I can get and need from them, THEY'VE DEFINITELY GOT MY BUSINESS!!!

I have a Honeywell HW2000i, it runs perfect but does not send power, even the green light, does not turn on. I would like to know if you can help me resolving this problem.
