I was looking for a hard to find part so I emailed the OEM parts store with a question, They emailed me back for more thorough information. Came to be that part was on order but the arrival time was in the future. I was happy to find the part as it was a Tanaka, and small parts are not easy to find for them. I emailed the info asked for, got a reply back in a day which shocked me. I sent back what they requested, believe it or not I had the part, exact specs and all in 5 days. it may not always be that quick, but always know they GET IT RIGHT, that is the main thing!
I have spent alot of time and money thru different companies online, I will be consolidating to OEM Parts Store for everything they carry in the NOW future! They have a good business ethic, which is hard to find anymore!

I ordered parts that I needed quickly. I asked if they could overnight them. I got a phone call saying I missed the cutoff that day, it was very late in the afternoon on the West coast, but they would go out the next day, and since I lived in California they would transfer the order to a West Coast wearhouse. I received the parts the day after they shipped. Great job!
