Xtreme PTO Clutch for John Deere TCA23182 / X0437A

First time I have used The OEM Parts Store and it will be my go-to parts supplier from now on. I ordered some Generac parts from them - they had the best prices and most reasonable shipping charges of anyone I found. Unfortunately, their supplier shipped me the wrong parts. One phone call to OEM and they were right on top of it! Marc called them within the hour after I reported the problem but again, unfortunately, they were out of stock on the correct part. Marc didn't stop there - he called numerous distributors trying to find my part but apparently that part is out of stock everywhere and on back order with no apparent in stock date. Marc called me back the same day and was extremely apologetic. It was not his or OEM's fault but Marc took full ownership of my problem as if it was his own. This kind of loyalty towards customers is a rare thing to find these days. Marc turned me from a dissatisfied customer into a lifetime customer - because OEM Parts Store CARES about their customers. The "icing on the cake" was the fact that they refunded my credit card that SAME DAY - unlike the other companies that always take 5-7 days. You can't find a more reputable or honest company like OEM Parts Store. I hope they appreciate the outstanding associate they have in Marc - I sure do!
