Needed a petcock for a Chinese go-kart with some odd-ball threads (to me). OEM parts store took the time and courtesy to ship a petcock. Not knowing if the threads would fit. This business took the time to try and take care of me without either of of knowing about these oddball threads. Fortunately, THEY WERE PERFECT!!!! The gratuity they took is a reminder that people still do exist that look at people as people instead of a dollar sign! Anything I can get and need from them, THEY'VE DEFINITELY GOT MY BUSINESS!!!
