Can't say enough about Marc's customer service. In short, it was outstanding. An axle I ordered was manufactured by Dexter to the wrong specs (Despite Marc sending them the correct specs). Once call to Marc took care of everything no questions asked. Marc dealt with Dexter and kept me informed the entire time. Received the new axle from Dexter within a week. Anybody can run a business, but its all about the customer service when something doesn't go perfect that makes the difference. In Marc's case, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed to the customer's satisfaction. Needless to say Marc is going to be my first stop when I'm in need of parts...
