Hydro Gear 44782 OEM SEAL .984 X 1.5 X .25 LIP

I had ordered a replacement battery for a Honeywell portable generator. It turns out that the manufacture had discontinued the part so I was contacted by OEM. Marc with OEM first emailed me a few times and then after sending him some pictures of the battery I needed, he went out of his way to track down a suitable replacement. The battery he found was a perfect match and actually cheaper than the one I had ordered online. So Marc refunded me the difference and shipped the replacement battery right away. Fantastic service that went far beyond the normal online order process. I will definitely use OEM in the future for any replacement parts and want to thank Marc and the OEM team for all their help!
