Parts arrived quickly and I was very pleased. The only issue I have is that the oil filter was not the correct one to fit the FS730 Kawasaki engine. Please correct it for future people purchasing this kit.

Excellent customer service. My order was shipped to an incorrect address. UPS was giving me little feedback or response. I called the OEM Partstore, left a voicemail, had a return call Wednesday, and had the parts I needed Friday.

Due to a warehouse issue I received a call from MARK to explain what had happen and the problem was resolved. This is the way my dad did business in the 70 and 80's. HOLY Crap Bat Man a phone call , explaining what happen. You sir have a customer for life.

Mark was so helpful. Im a 70 year old and as I say older than Moses tablets and I was having trouble finding part numbers and even had the brand of mower wrong. We had 3 calls or so and for Mark to take that much time for a $22.07 part speaks not only volumes about him as a person and employee but your company as well. When I need something again, you will be my first choice.

I have not yet received my order because it was just placed yesterday. What I wish to comment on is the refund given me on shipping. The OEM Parts Store had no obligation to refund me as I had already agreed to the amount indicated for shipping and handling at the time of the purchase. It takes great integrity for a company(individuals within the company) to return funds to a customer when cost incurred to ship an item was less than proposed. Wow! Well done! As need arises for parts, you guys are the place I will search first.

This place is amazing! Easy to navigate website, all the parts I needed at the best price, super fast checkout and order filling and the parts were on my doorstep in a matter of days. I hit a pot hole and bent an axle on my Travel Trailer. Called and searched everywhere and no one stocked this size axle. Found The OEM Parts Store with Google and sent an email asking if they could help. Marc responded within 24 hours to every email I sent and had Dexter build me a new one. He said it would be 4-5 weeks and 4 weeks and 6 days later the axle was at my door right on time and far cheaper than anywhere I called even if they would have had it. It was a perfect fit and
I had it on in less than an hour. Thank you Marc for all your help. I'll definitely be a repeat customer !!!
