I was more than pleased with the attention I received from the management.
Constance communication as to postage and arrival times was a great help,
because I live in Australia and we worry about delivery from overseas.
This was not a problem with your firm, the parcel arrived on time and
well packed for protection.
It is a pleasure to deal with a company that value their customers
and make every effort to meet their needs, well done OEM

recently ordered two sprockets for my chainsaw. mark is the best in customer service. he is friendly, knowledable. and promptly returnes phone calls. what else could a customer ask for? thanks for having him on your staff.

The order was very professional and as good as I would expect from a store of your size. I was only miffed that early in the process there is mention of the option to be contacted in regards to an estimated shipping cost yet I did not see this option anywhere throughout the process. Where did I miss it and is it possible for your web designers to make his option more user friendly?
