Having grease, a grease gun or a bearing packer on hand, is a must for keeping the bearings in your trailer properly greased. By spending a few bucks now, you can save alot of money by not having to replace your bearings, hubs or spindles, when you find that your bearings went dry, because you didn't keep up with the maintenance. These tools are very easy to use and should be in your garage, shop or tool box. We recommend you check your bearings before each use of your trailer, by removing the grease cap and visually inspecting the grease on your bearings inside your trailer hubs. If you decide to replace the grease ... use high temperature marine grease and be sure to remove the old grease before adding new.
