Shipping & Return Policy

  • RETURNS - If an item you ordered from us does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us within 10 days of the sale in an unused and undamaged condition . You must first contact us and request return authorization. We do not accept returns on special order items, non-stock or discontinued items. 
  • As soon as the returned merchandise is received and the condition of the product is verified, the proper credit will be issued. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit. The restocking fee also applies to "Refused" shipments, cancelled orders, even orders not yet shipped. All returns must be sent back to us shipping prepaid. However, if the error is ours, the restocking fee will not apply and shipping charges will gladly be refunded. You may choose to have your refund credited to your business account or refunded back to your credit card. We do not give cash refunds.

    Sorry but we do not accept returns of electrical items.

    • Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
    • We can not accept returns of electrical items. Spark plugs are considered electrical items along with any other item that makes, shows, produces electricity or has wires or wiring attached.
    • We can not accept returns of items that show signs of wear, installation, or use.
    • Refunds can not be given for specially made items or custom / special non stock item orders or discontinued item orders ... for all refundable orders, please allow between 30 to 60 days for your refunds to be processed. All refunds are subject to 25% restocking fee and will be given in the form of a store credit, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Our finance department will approve the refund if the customer wishes to receive refund in form of credit to the customers credit card. We will not hold your money as a store credit if the customer wishes to have the payment returned to his/her credit card. Time of processing the refund will be the same.
    • Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer must pay for return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf. We will then pay for the return shipping on the part in error.
    • All returns must be done within 10 days from date of purchase, and must be accompanied with customers receipt and invoice. 
    • Items returned to us which are deemed un-returnable, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
    • Certain restrictions apply. Extra fees may apply for testing and evaluation to determine whether an item may be returned.
    • By placing an order with us, you agree to this agreement.
    • By placing an order with us online through the use of our online ordering sytem, Google checkout, Ebay, or any other service which carries, distributes and retails parts obtained through The OEM Parts Store or an order placed over the phone, you agree to all of The OEM Parts Store user agreements.
    • All Karcher products, trailer axles, custom built trailers are non stock items and will be specially ordered, therefore we can not accept any cancellations for said orders and we will not refund any part of your payment for said order(s)

 

  • SHIPPING - We are proud to offer fast and efficient shipping service to our customers. Utilizing UPS Ground (or expedited service as selected) who will deliver your order to your home or business with the greatest efficiency and highest quality of service in the industry.  All order placed are normally shipped within 2 to 14business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  You will normally receive your order in 5-7 business days after shipping.  (Certain locations require additional 1-2 days delivery time.  Some items, due to greater size or weight, require special handling and delivery by truck.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for truck delivery.) Due to size and weight, some orders will require extra cost for shipping by UPS or any other freight delivery service. We reserve the right to charge our customers the extra cost for shipping set by any shipping or freight delivery services we use. We do at times offer a flat rate for most aftermarket parts orders. All other parts ordered and all trailer parts ordered, are charged actual shipping rates, charged to The OEM Parts Store by the shipping / freight companies. You may notice during the checkout process while placing an order through our online ordering sytem, that the cost for shipping your order will show a lower cost then what you were actually charged when your credit card was processed. This is due to the fact that we obtain our parts through several different manufacturers, therefore, we are forced to pay different shipping / freight costs set in place by the manufacturer. We will charge actual shipping rates / cost,  passed on to The OEM Parts Store by the manufacturer or supplier. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order ... we do not refund shipping charges for the reason of a customer mistake. The OEM Parts Store and it affiliates, partners and dealers will always try to use the most cost efficient shippers or freight services, but we will not ever attempt to save a few dollars by going with an unauthorized private shipping company. We will only use approved United States qualified, licensed and insured shipping / freight companies such as UPS, DHL, Fed-Ex, USPS, Yellow, R&L, STI, Daylight Transport, Pitt Ohio, Viran, Roadway, USF, Bekins, SAIA, or RCT.
